With 3 weeks notice, an NYC private media event switched to an on-location content shoot in country music singer, Russel Dickerson’s backyard, outside Nashville, TN.

When our client’s in-house content studio didn’t have the bandwidth to support an upcoming campaign, they turned to our agency’s content studio to plan, shoot, and edit these spots for paid social. I played line producer, location manager, casting director, props assistant, craft service, and assistant grip.

With just a conference room, food stylist, and closet full of props, our studio team perfected the art of the scrappy tabletop shoot to fill the @WasaUSA Instagram feed with food/recipe content for two years.

One week before the Super Bowl, we held a 1-day shoot to capture 75+ video reactions that we concepted based on teased commercials and brands we knew bought ad space during the game.

The night of the Super Bowl, our war room watched the commercial blocks live and then pushed the pre-edited and queued content out on Twitter in real time.
