One week before the Super Bowl, we held a 1-day shoot to capture 75+ video reactions that we concepted based on teased commercials and brands we knew bought ad space during the game.
The night of the Super Bowl, our war room watched the commercial blocks live and then pushed the pre-edited and queued content out on Twitter in real time.
As agency producer and project manager for this program, I oversaw the content production and team staffing from SOW development through wrap; sourcing and managing our production studio, partnering with our creative team to ideate and prioritize the shot list, while tracking burn and all project milestones.
Wasa
When our client’s in-house content studio didn’t have the bandwidth to support an upcoming campaign, they turned to our agency’s content studio to plan, shoot, and edit these spots for paid social. I played line producer, location manager, casting director, props assistant, craft service, and assistant grip.
With just a conference room, food stylist, and closet full of props, our studio team perfected the art of the scrappy tabletop shoot to fill the @WasaUSA Instagram feed with food/recipe content for two years.
Hershey’s Caramel
Private media event in NYC with country music singer, Russell Dickerson, was switched to a content shoot in Nashville with thee weeks notice. I helped shape the idea based on feasibilities and then sourced and managed our production partner through delivery of the final 10 assets.

Two park permits, an iPhone, and a freelance VFX artist were used in the making of this content.
